The home was clean, spacious and very easy to get in and out of. It had lots useful utensils. The bed was extremely comfortable. Probably one of the best beds I’ve slept in whilst away from home. The private terrace was very cute and a nice touch. The location although far out is directly next to bus stops which take 15 minutes to the nearest metro station which made travel very easy and efficient. The local area is very nice. The shop are stocked with all that you need and the people are very friendly.

The use of the laundry room was very vague and I had to message the number from the booking.com message to receive the details. No one responded to the booking.com messages. It wasn’t clear for me that anything about my entire stay should be asked through WhatsApp and that there would be no one on site if help is needed. Maybe a solution to this problem would be having a separate email automated to customers that are staying for longer than three days with the specific laundry details (codes, directions, accessibility etc). It was frustrating having to message to get that information. There is only two washing machines and dryers for costumers to use in which the cleaners often use/fill ALL machines when doing their work. With the time restrictions on usage of the laundry room, it made it difficult to coordinate when the laundry room would be free. I often had to unload other people’s things in order to ensure that my things would be clean and ready for me to use. I was visiting Montreal for professional dance training. I go through a large amount of clothes due to class and had a busy schedule so I had limited time to ensure my washes got done. Possible solutions to this could be either providing more washing machines or 24 hour usage of the laundry room or separate staff and customer laundry rooms. The motion sensor cameras in the hallways are a bit intense. I understand why you have them but it made me feel like I was in Big Brother/1984. Finally, I understand that smoking is ideal to accommodate but having a private terrace and a separate rooftop and not being able to smoke on either of them makes the stay for smokers less enjoyable. And for the price I paid in GBP, it really made it less enjoyable of an overall experience. I do however understand why your rules about smoking apply.

Would have been slightly happier w/ some coffee provided w/ the coffee maker.

The building was the newest in the neighborhood. Felt secure and clean.

Nothing bad about the property. The surrounding area had a little “wrong side of the tracks feel”. But nothing to dislike or unsafe. Was great value. Easy access to public transit

Le service à la clientèle est nul , je devais avoir accès à l’appartement à 16h . A la veille , j’avais reçu seulement les accès pour accéder à l’immeuble mais pas les accès de l’appartement jusqu’au jour J . À mon arrivée sur place à 17h20 , j’appelle le numéro par lequel je suis censé avoir les accès et aucune réponse . J’ai envoyé pleins de messages , toujours rien . A 19h10 je décide de réserver dans un autre hôtel pour la nuit à Montréal car désespéré de ne pas avoir eu de nouvelle . Et aussi fatiguée de m’arrêter dans le hall de l’immeuble sans solution. C’est à 20h que je reçois un appel pour me donner les accès sachant que j’avais déjà quitté les lieux et déjà payé pour un autre hôtel . J’ai donc payé une nuit dans ce airbnb sans jamais l’avoir utilisé, je n’ai eu aucun remboursement.
