Absolutely beautiful place with a very spacious living room. The house is located within a quaint shopping arcade street with lots of bicycle traffic by day, and is very quiet at night. Two different shower/sink rooms and two laundry-and-dryer machines was greatly appreciated for our larger group. The open-air bath is large enough to comfortably seat two people, however note it takes a good 20+ minutes to fill. A short walk down the street gets you to Kujo station and connects easily to the rest of the city. To the north is a cool underground tunnel going under Ajigawa river. If you go right after exiting the tunnel, you can climb a ladder on the concrete wall and sit by the river.

There is a single physical key for the house. I recommend locking the door, then leaving it in the lockbox before leaving the house to avoid losing it. The provided laundry machine instructions didn't match the actual machine and was a bit confusing to operate.
