The hotel is relatively new, the staff are friendly and fluent in English. They gave us a late checkout then allowed us to store our luggage onsite and use the pool until 4pm (when we had to head to the airport).

Our family of 5 has chosen airbus as our official hotel in bangkok. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, price is affordable and with a variety of adjoining rooms, we are able to book what we need to accommodate the 5 of us, enjoy 2 or 3 simultaneous showers when we are in a rush and it is located close enough to most of what we are interested in while we are in bangkok.
