Beautiful apartment. Very well stocked with extra pillows, blankets and towels. Love the spa in the bedroom. The private backyard was our favorite feature. Every morning, we sat out back, listening to the birds and enjoying the amazing view. The digital guest book is very user-friendly and answers all your questions about how to use the different features in the house, places to go and see, restaurants, etc. A couple of things to keep in mind. There’s no staff on site. Everything is done remotely and communicated through Whatsapp. They are very good at it so there wasn’t very many issues. The thermostat is controlled by their offsite staff, which we didn’t really care for. We prefer to have control of our own thermostat when we’re staying someplace… especially for the amount that we paid to stay here. It wasn’t that big of an issue, because most of the time we had the windows and doors opened to the cool temperatures outside. However, a couple of times got very hot and a couple of times got very cold. One other thing. My wife and I tend to be last-minute schedulers. That doesn’t really work for this property if you’re planning to get a ride someplace or use the services like massage. Since they use all third-party companies, you have to schedule ahead of time or you can expect to pay 4 to 5 times the normal price.

We fell in love with the place. The balcony over looking lake como is perfect. The indoor pool is awesome too. It is indoor at the same time you can still see the beautiful mountain of lake como. We may come back to this place if we are going back to lake como.

I stayed at Valarin Residence for a few days and had a truly wonderful experience. The apartment was beautifully designed, very clean, and incredibly comfortable, with a breathtaking view over Lake Como. The pool area was one of my favorite spots to relax, especially after a day exploring the surroundings. The wellness area and gym are also a great bonus—modern, well-maintained, and with an amazing view. The location is perfect: close to restaurants and shops, yet peaceful and private at the same time. You can really feel the exclusive and relaxing atmosphere. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and relaxing stay in one of Italy’s most beautiful destinations. I’d definitely come back!
