Amazing place! Clean, well laid out. Super short walk to the public access. Nice quiet neighborhood. 1 mile to the boardwalk. Great for kids and pets too.

Booked the stay for a long family weekend getaway for Memorial Day. The location of the property was great. Just a short walk to the beach. It was towards the end of a cul de sac without to much worry of thru traffic. The house also had enough space to comfortably accommodate our family of nine. The kitchen was good size and had most standard kitchen needs. However the icemaker did not work. Linens/ towels were provided. We did have an incorrectly marked sheet set given a queen size for a twin but were able to make it work. There were inconsistencies with bed sizes/ locations within the written description and under ROOMS & BEDS listing. The pictures provide the most accurate bed size and locations. The beds were comfortable. The living room couch and chairs have seen better days. Not sure if the highend description still fits but it was comfortable. The dining table and chairs were in need of replacement. Some of the chairs had been broken/repaired but were not very solid. Primary bath toilet seat was broken. Received a call from someone wanting to come out to replace but we were out for dinner and not comfortable with them entering with us not there since we had all our personal items out. We were able to make it through the weekend with just one incident of a pinched butt cheek. Wish there had been better seating on the porches. Initially charged incorrectly for our 1 pup and had to get corrected. Overall we had a good stay.
