its insanely expensive so staff could have better attitude, there were some pretty rude or uninterested employees, no one was answering the phone, ice to the room took 45 mins to arrive, there were so lany cockroaches in our room and all the restaurants were fully boooked which means you have to think ahead exactly what and when you want to eat.. not very relaxing.

It is beautiful grounds and pools

I just wish the main pool was heated. A fraction cold. Although the smaller pools were heated which were great when it’s windy.

Location and scenery are stunning. Bed was super comfortable. Good amenities. Has a relaxing vibe. Beautiful water. Gym was large and had 2 Pilates beds. Boat transfer was smooth and luxurious.

Resort is run down and tired. Lots of maintenance required especially at the big pool. Our bath was rusted and outdoor shower needed maintenance. Many kids at resort as they do “kids eat free”. Resort is promoted as a nice place for couples but there are no adult only areas. Waited way too long to be seated at bam bam and amici. Unacceptable. Gym needs attention with broken equipment. Not allowed to use Hayman lounge at airport on departure, but left at the airport way too early yet you can’t check in before 3pm at hotel either. Needs to be earlier if you have check out at 10am. There is a language barrier with staff, every drink order was incorrect.
