Secure location. Easy and secure checking in. Excellent provisions for customer comfort. Very clean inside and out. Proactive in monitoring client comfort throughout stay. Easy to communicate with quick responses and polite staff. Their systems work.

I really appreciated how responsive and accommodating the team was. They handled an issue quickly and provided an upgrade to ensure a much more comfortable stay 👍 The photos reflect the upgraded apartment.
The payment process was a bit inconvenient, as it required sharing personal details and using an external link, which I wasn’t comfortable with — it would be better to charge directly through the booking platform. Also, the studio felt quite small and stuffy, and the AC was not working on arrival, which made it uncomfortable.
