Size and quiet area.
Beds a bit old, heaters worked but it was very cold when we got there. No parking near the cabins but wasn't far from car park

Nice chalet on a pleasant park in Oulton Broad near the broads, comfortable & all facilities on hand.
Back door was Stuck & beginning to rot, difficult to open/close. A rose bush was hanging over the path, overgrown and was cut on the thorns.

Roomy and quiet
The decking could have been cleaner. The gate latch was broken. Some of the draws were falling apart.

Beautiful location.
Nice walk to local food places.
And quick drive to nearby shops and beaches
Challet needs updating and deep cleaning.
Got woken up early by grass cutting and strimer .
No instructions for heating /hot water or where to park the car
