Loved that it was kept clean and that the staff looked for ways to help and make it more comfortable.
Nothing. It was the cheapest accomodation I could find in the area and I didn't come in expecting luxury. But they took care of you well and made an effort to be a great place to stay.

I truly appreciate his patience and his understanding of my needs and the time you took to ensure everything was just right. It is not often that you come across such thoughtful and attentive service, and it made all the difference .

Good price in a a good location in Dundee.
I did not dislike anything but the offering is very basic with no frills.
