We stayed here for 3 nights and two days. The rooms, sheets and the bathroom were clean. The room was well ventilated and AC and hot water were perfectly functional. There’s ample parking space right outside the hotel.
I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Kozhikode.
The complimentary breakfast was 👎a miss unfortunately. The food wasn’t good and everything got over when we came at 9.15 AM. I would recommend people have breakfast elsewhere.

The staff were friendly and welcoming.
The bathroom step was a bit high—which was particularly inconvenient when leaving—and the room cleaning service was lacking; they wouldn't clean the room unless the guest specifically requested it, never taking the initiative to offer or ask.
