What a fabulous place to stay. So central to everything in Livorno. Spotlessly clean . The breakfast was so generous and absolutely delicious! The ability to use the kitchen at any time was very helpful . Friendly hosts. We enjoyed our stay so much!

Convenience. I took the train from Milan and was in touch with Dino re arrival etc. Very helpful.
I was disappointed with the breakfast. I had to leave early and all the breakfast was set out. No fresh bread.

Everything was super nice! It was very clean, we saw the team cleaning the house when we arrived earlier. They also cleaned and tidied the whole room everyday. The breakfast was wonderfull, besides cereals, yoghurt and sweet snacks there were fresh pastries from the bakery everyday. When we had questions about nice spots near the city, we got a lot of nice and usefull tips. It was the perfect stay, we would fully recommend it to everyone!
Nothing, everything was perfect!

The property was beautiful, exceptionally clean and comfortable and Erika and her family really made it a great stay with some brilliant recommendations and help with taxis, ideas for things to do etc.
The only downside was the road noise, we are from the countryside so not used to the sirens/frequent traffic etc! Not anything Erika could do about this though and so it doesn’t reflect on her or our stay.
