Super easy just call them and they'll meet with you. The location is super central everything is within walking distance. They have a closed parking space as well as many good recommendations for local restaurants and sightseeing. Extremely clean. Super friendly. Quiet neighborhood. Great studio apartment with built in kitchen. Pet friendly.
Nothing I can recall.

Everything was great, the hosts were incredibly nice and helpful, and the location was superb. We came for Dokufest and couldn’t have asked for a better base to enjoy the festival. The warm welcome and perfect setting made our stay in Prizren unforgettable.
Everything great!
