Nicely furnished on a seaside theme. Very central for all attractions. Good shower and comfortable beds. We were going to the theatre and it suited us very well for a short stay in Ayr.
No sitting room but we were aware of that and it is reflected in the price. The kitchen has a seating area. The rooms were very comfortable and had large TVs on the wall. This didn’t detract from our stay.

Very clean and light with comfy beds and good kitchen/bathroom set up. We only stayed one night so can't really say we needed to use the kitchen but there seemed to be good equipment and tea/coffee.
The only issue I could foresee anyone possibly having is the lack of common space. Apart from that it was great.
