Location was fantastic, and the property was advertised
We didn’t have a working oven. Contact the the agents and they said they would supply a portable oven but it never arrived. Hot water for the first 5days was not appropriate (barely like warm in the middle of winter) however this was fixed.

The location was good
The keys were not in the locked box when I arrived to collect them at 3pm
It took till 4.30pm to access the property with the spare keys
We had no access to the secured undercover parking attached to the unit complex
