Kaiah's Haven at Azure North San Fernando Pampanga

We had an amazing experience staying here! Due to the bad weather and flooding in the San Fernando area during our original booked dates, we unfortunately had to postpone our trip. However, the owner was incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating. She personally insisted on manually rebooking our stay because she wanted us to prioritize our safety and, more importantly, to make sure we could truly enjoy our time in Pampanga with better weather. Thanks to her thoughtfulness and flexibility, we were able to push through with our trip and enjoy our itinerary from October 3–5. We truly appreciate how considerate and customer-focused she was throughout the entire process. The owner was also very responsive to every inquiry, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The unit itself was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The Wi-Fi was especially reliable, which was a huge plus since we had to bring work with us during our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely book this unit again when we return to Pampanga. Highly recommended, not only because of the comfortable place, but especially because of the owner’s genuine care and exceptional hospitality. Thank you so much! ❤️

Provide paper towel for kitchen use. Wanted to use electric fan instead of aircon. But the former wasn’t working when plugged.
