Tropical Kasbah Ubud Surroundings

Très belle ambiance. La chambre était top le jardin magnifique. Lieux calme et reposant.

Pas de piscine pour les chambres me semble il que le patron a prévu d’en construire une.

We booked 3 rooms, the furniture, linen, cleanliness was amazing. Private pool was superb, staff was very helpful. Kitchenette too good. We all absolutely loved the property. We had one lunch in the open garden dining. We celebrated first birthday of our kid in the garden. Location was good and very nicely maintained.

2 nights there was some bat or bird which disturbed our sleep in one of the rooms, being forest kind of set up

The beds were really comfortable. The addition of towels and a toothbrush was really nice, and the design of the bedrooms was simple, clean, and homey.

My issue with the rooms: when I stayed in the chalet bedroom, I could hear every time the person next door to me was moving or closing doors. This was quite intrusive. My biggest issue with the property is that it lists under the facilities that there is an outdoor swimming pool. There's a ton of pictures of the swimming pool, but nowhere does it say that it is only for the private residents. It's very misleading, and it was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. I did open a customer support complaint to Booking.com to please get a refund, and I didn't hear back till 2 days later. Therefore, I continued to remain in my stay to not use my money. My main reasoning for booking this hotel was because there was a pool, and I was very disappointed. One should not have to rely on reading the room description to understand if there's a pool or not, because with every other hotel, when I read my bedroom description, I don't expect there to be a pool over there. I'm not looking to pay for an expensive room with a pool. It would say "private villa with private pool" then. This should be updated on the listing to avoid further issues with everyone.
