The apartment is very well appointed and spotlessly clean.

The entry stairs for the apartment require maintenance with loose tiles. As we stayed during a heatwave, air conditioning would have been nice as opening all the windows at night let in a lot of street noise.

Interior space was a nice size and the supply of nespresso pods was great. Good communication with property owner.

The wifi was terrible, only 8 Mbps, not useable for FaceTime or video communication. The water closet was very small. The shower needs to be re sealed around the shower base as it is really dirty, the apartment located in a very noisy area.lots of noise throughout the evening. The floor tile at the top of the stairs need to be repaired, it is a safety hazard.
