The location was very convenient to Yas Island activities if that's why you are visiting Abu Dhabi. You have an assigned parking spot which is pretty easy to find. The hostess at the lobby was polite, check in was really easy. There is a small supermarket walking distance, great to pick up a few things for breakfast. There are also two cafe's close by as well.

The key card we were given could not open the gate to the parking garage due to some technical error. We had to push the help button to get in each time. We also could not access the garage stairwell from the the outside of the building with this key, had to go inside to take the elevator down. The apartment is in the direct flight path of the Abu Dhabi airport. It is extremely loud when an A380 flies over. This starts really early in the morning. I'm not sure if we had stayed at a different apartment on the island whether we will still hear this or not, because when we were at the waterpark, we could still see and hear this planes fly over.
