The apartment is beautiful and is true to the pictures shown. It is very clean and has good amenities provided within the kitchen. The apartment is cool inside despite us visiting in 38 degree heat. It's really useful that there are 2 toilets, one within the bathroom and a self contained toilet. Makes it so much easier when sharing. The shower is good and spacious. The bedrooms are a good size with plenty of storage. The sofa is comfortable, and the smart tv is a great touch as we were able to play music or put a show on in the background when getting ready. It's lovely to have a dining table, which we had breakfast at the apartment every day. It's in a good location, close to the local supermarket, bars/restaurants and a reasonable walking distance from all the main attractions. I highly recommend this apartment if you would like to stay in the Triana area.

Very little negatives. My friend found the mattress a bit hard but I was comfortable. It would be nice to have individual air con in the bedrooms.

Very clean, comfortable beds, superb location

Communication was great. It was self check-in with clear instructions on how to gain entry into the apartment. Apartment was superb - clean and modern and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Aircon working well so we were able to get out of the Seville heat during the middle of the day. Two toilets was very handy. Great living space to lounge around while we were hanging out at the apartment. Supermarket just across the road was convenient as well. Short walk to city centre as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Modern, clean and comfortable except unfortunately we did not have hot water the last few days of our stay and the property did not make a good effort to fix.

Hot water issue also heavy construction 1/2 block away which keeps cars/especially uber an taxis from getting to you quickly. If they drop you on the other side of the construction, can be a bit of a walk in a lot of dirt.
