The location was great as we were visiting Abbey Road studios. The property was clean and the beds were comfortable.
No tea towel provided so we had to wash up and leave things to dry. There were a few plumbing issues - downstairs toilet didn’t flush very well, wash basin upstairs has a broken plug (if you pushed the plug in you had to prise it open as it wasn’t connecting under the basin) and the shower was difficult to turn off completely.

Iron and iron board can do with replacement
No storage in one of the downstairs bedrooms, two couples with four suitcases not ideal, had to spread out in hallway - great for weekends but not extended stays.

The location was perfect. Quiet, 20 mins walk to the nearest underground
Gate access the the Mews so very safe and secure. 3 double beds + 1 single + double sofa bed. Lots of crockery + cutlery
Plenty of Tea, coffee provided
Towels, toiletries
Beds soft + pillows
Clean
2 nice restaurants directly opposite
More than I was expecting and would definitely return
Communication wasn't the best. My birthday extra request wasn't answered.

Location was good. Lovely Alba Cafe around the corner, we enjoyed breakfast there.
Shrill beeping in locked cupboard in bedroom kept me up all night. They fixed it the next day but an apology would have been nice. Shower has to be handheld as the wall attachment was not functioning.
