This is a modern building in a great location, just a short walk from the seafront promenade and the Old Town. We stayed in the ground-floor studio, which was spacious, very clean, and well-decorated, featuring AC e a well-equipped kitchenette. The studio door opens onto a side area of the building used as a private parking lot—a huge convenience in Budva, given the difficulty of finding parking in the city. However, this didn't disturb our stay at all, as the studio was very quiet and featured large, comfortable beds. Our host, Ivan, was incredibly friendly and helpful, always attentive to guests' well-being and ready to assist with anything needed. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Budva.

The bathroom is a bit small and, as I discussed with Ivan, it would benefit from a shelf for shampoo and shower gel, a rack for hanging bath and hand towels, and holders for toothbrushes and toothpaste. As is common in many accommodations, the shower enclosure wasn't fully sealed, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor; however, this wasn't an issue for us, as the heat meant it dried quickly.

The shower was amazing, the kitchen was comfortable and everything felt new and clean.

המקום שמור ונקי מרפסת גדולה מיטות נוחות מיקום מצוין

Top location close to everything you need: the beach, the bus station, the supermarkets and the city park. A spotlessly clean and new apartment with a lovely terrace. Ivan is an amazing host always there for you.
