The location is great, right in downtown and not too far from the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the big windows make the unit nice and bright. The building is older but the wood interior of the unit is nice.
As other reviews stated, we also had issues with the bathroom door jamming, and also were slightly cold due to no controllable thermostat. Also, it wasn't a big issue but there was sand here and there on the living and dining area, where the door opens into, and on the coffee table and sofa.

i liked that it was quiet neighbors, and it was a big space to just chillax make food and leave the next morning:)
well my boyfriend had to pee and went to the bathroom and apparently the door locked from the inside out neither me or him could get it open, so i used a butter knife to get to the inside of the door but just a heads up if you close the bathroom door all the way it will lock u in there.

Clean simple and easy, very very close walk to downtown shops, restaurants, coffee shops and more. Less than a mile from Lake Michigan
Bathroom could have been updated a bit but for the price it’s not that bad

Location was great!
Able to hear some noise from the other apartments/doors slamming with people coming and going, was able to clearly hear someone’s phone call from the bedroom.
