Honestly exactly what it says on the tin, nice, simple and comfortable, will highly recommend honestly and very close to so much you need, food place just on the corner too

Basic but clean room consisting of a comfortable double bed, TV and chair, on top floor up two flights of stairs. Clean communal bathroom. Shops and food outlets nearby. Bus stop nearby for convenient access to Manchester city centre. Free parking in a street by the property.
No kitchen, so take food (that doesn't need refrigeration) and cutlery with you. Alternatively there are shops nearby.

Nothing
Super noisy road, one bathroom for 6 rooms with multiple occupants to share, waited about half an hour to brush my teeth
