We liked the land lady showing us around on arrival. We were sorry we did not get her final instructions to our home phone until we got back home.
It was all acceptable.

The unit was clean and offered private access. Excellent value for money, especially with the free washing machine and dryer, fully equipped kitchenette, and smart TV. Another bonus — the linen smelled wonderful!
We had a small issue with the washing machine and sent a message via Booking.com. The host responded immediately and came to fix it right away. Great service and super friendly!
Thank you so much, Helen (and thanks to your husband for fixing the washing machine)!
Kind regards,
The Ahlers Family
