The hotel was immaculately clean, perfectly placed for an early flight and the staff were lovely and helpful.
Nothing. I was fearing the worst with well priced hotel next to the airport but this place far exceeded my expectations.

A really nice hotel ideal for an overnight stay before a flight. Great value for money, very large room and helpful staff.
The car used for the airport transfer was too small for our group size of 6 so they were unable to provide the free airport transfer. We booked 2 grabs instead.

Good location, good value for money, good breakfast, efficient transport to/from airport
The air conditioners were located just in front of the beds. It was impossible to sleep comfortably with the air cons working because of the flow of the cold air straight at you, even when on the lowest setting. If the air cons are switched off, the room became too hot and impossible to sleep. This was the case in the 2 rooms we were given.
We also ordered 2 large pizzas for dinner for 5 people (it was late, around 10pm), and after waiting for more than 1 hour, we were given 2 tiny pies for the price of the 2 large pizzas. That wasn't nice. However, the great breakfast made up for it.
