We absolutely loved this apartment as it felt like you were staying in a small community. It was well equipped and met all our needs. Also well located for Nice.

Perfect location (Near tram, train and restaurants).
Very good value for money.
Very friendly service, Cecile was a wonderful host and always there when we needed something.
Nice renovated apartment.
Very happy with our stay, I'd come back for a stay in Nice.
Lack of AC but with the fans in every room quite ok compensation.

Excellent location! The apartment is close to the train station, a large supermarket, plenty of restaurants, and bus stops. The host is very pleasant and communicative. Perfect for a group of 5 people. The apartment is equipped with everything you need.
The biggest drawback was that there was no air conditioning. At times, it felt hotter and stuffier inside the apartment than outdoors. However, there were fans in every room, which helped a bit.
