Fabulous views, just stunning. A very spacious house, light-filled and airy. Location was quiet too, which was great given we felt like it was an easy five minutes into town. Comfortable beds, good linen, good heating, generous allocation of towels and plenty of cosy blankets. There were even contour memory foam pillows! Appreciated having a flat, off-street car park. There are a lot of stairs to bring a suitcase up (especially if it's heavy) but that's only a minor inconvenience provided you've got capable youngish adults in the group.

There were a couple of minor maintenance issues in the main bathroom shower - the water pressure was very poor and the shower slider was very loose on the wall, the glass door also needs attention. The kitchen was a great space but a little light on equipment - a drip filter coffee machine or a Nespresso machine would have been great, and there needs to be more serving bowls and platters. The can opener needs replacing as the toothed wheels no longer touch - so it doesn't work. TV is not connected to any services but easy enough to cast to.
