We stayed for a night. It is a beautiful hotel, and the staff is very nice. Our only complaint was that the hot water was not warm enough to enjoy the shower.

A really warm welcome ! We appreciated the room and the bed ! Plus, the service was perfect ! Such a nice and dedicated staff ! The hotel in itself is really pretty with a lot of flowers and a nice pool area. Plus, the food from the breakfast and the restaurant is delicious !

Hicasua Hotel has a beautiful colonial style with comfortable rooms that look out over their patio, restaurant or pool. Some even have a classic Spanish balcony.
