Let’s start with the positives! The rooms are adorable like the pictures show! They feel cleaner than a hotel and the beds and bedding were very comfortable!!! Another huge positive was the quietness. I was in my room frequently and never felt annoyed by closing doors or people being loud! So, in those ways The Herbie was a great choice!!!!
Things to consider…1. There is no one that works there. If you have a problem or a question, it is hard to solve quickly. 2. It is in a warehouse atmosphere. It is a locked, gated, area…so I am not saying that it is unsafe. But, many times I was on the property completely alone and the atmosphere was a little rough and remote for my preference.
Overall, my stay was great! My messaging with management was positive (just not immediate). And my sleep was fantastic compared to an active hotel.

What a fantastic surprise. The bed was amazing. I would live to know what brand of mattress they had. I have never slept that well in a hotel. Very nice room. Great location.

Great place to stay! It was close to the university for the event we attended.
