It was overall really good except for having no parking included and also not having a way to wash clothes

The location is perfect- short walk to lots of bars and restaurants.

Awesome plocation. Help was provided quickly when needed.

The location to the beach and shops was ideal. The house was very clean. There were VERY VERY limited amenities. The main reason I choose a rental vs a hotel when I travel is for the ease of cooking, etc. It was very noisy. Bedroom full size glass window facing the street on first level located right next to a coffee shop and right out front street parking. Heard lots of loud talking as early as 6:00 AM and as late as midnight due to the street parking right out front. First night @ 3:20 AM, I had to call 911 because a drunk man kept pounding on the window with his phone blaring loud music. It was quite scary being unsure if he was going to break the glass. Police came and took care of the situation. Host Kimberly was immediately responsive to each time I reached out to her both before and during our stay so 5 plus stars for her. Personally, I would not stay at this location again.
