The spaciousness, cleanliness and comfortable surroundings were nicely decorated, very similarly to pics shown. The neighborhood was quiet at night! Although location was in a very residential area, with a car, within 5 minutes you could access Hwy 3. Nothing is in walking distance.

The first morning there was a water outage stemming from San Juan all the way to parts of Fajardo. Although there was nothing anyone could do, it was frustrating because I had to leave early. When I returned from an outing the water was on, but there was no water pressure in the shower. When I asked the owner he said that wasn’t normal or usual, give it time. Although that didn’t make much sense to me, I did try again, the nexto night. It felt like a gentle rainfall and difficult to wash the shampoo out of my thin hair. Pressure is good in kitchen, just an issue in shower.
