It is very well located right next to Şişhane metro station and in the middle of Pera district. It has two double beds which is rare in the area (usually the second bed is a couch). It is quiet at night, especially considering that it’s very close to loud areas. It has a functioning washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and other stuff. It has a functioning elevator. The water was hot and the water pressure was sufficient.
Everything was fine - I am taking one little point off because I felt the light bulbs could be stronger - we felt there was not enough light inside, and for two days the building (not the apartment) downstairs smelled quite bad - note that it’s not the owner’s fault and the apartment always smelled good. I mention that to be fair to other visitors as well.
