We felt right at home, our host Mohammad was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay, if we ever needed anything. The place is just like the photos, everything you need is in there. The location is perfect, at the center of everything. We would love to be back.
It can be a little noisy over the weekend but this didn't bother us. Improvement suggestions will be sent to the host privately. :)

De ligging van het appartement is uitstekend voor een bezoek aan Ulm. Het historische centrum, supermarkten en restaurants (ook aan de Donau) zijn op loopafstand. Internet en televisie werken prima.
Keuken en keukengerei is primitief en beperkt bruikbaar. In de vaatwasser paste bijvoorbeeld de normale borden niet. Niet alles in de keuken was even schoon.
De badkamer zou prima geweest zijn als de douchekop niet loszat en het dus vervelend was om onder te staan. Prima bed, beddengoed en handdoeken.
Het appartement ligt op een druk verkeerspunt boven een speelhal zodat met ramen open slapen niet goed mogelijk is. Tot laat in de avond/nacht is er gepraat, getoeter en ander lawaai. Met de ramen dicht is het veel minder maar kan het flink warm blijven in het appartement.

We had an excellent stay! My boyfriend was the one who picked up the keys, and the host was extremely kind from the very beginning. Communication was always very good and easy.
The apartment is very well located, super clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed — we truly felt at home.
Additionally, I forgot my medication in the refrigerator, and the host was very helpful and attentive in arranging a time for me to pick it up, which made a big difference.
Without a doubt, the next time I return to Ulm, I will stay in the same apartment. Highly recommended!

Der Gastgeber hat bei Ankunft schon auf uns gewartet und hat uns gleich das Zimmer gezeigt. Kurz und knapp, aber das reicht ja. Die Lage ist natürlich sehr gut in der Innenstadt, man hat fußläufig alles im Umkreis von 5-10 Min. zu erreichen.
Das Apartment war auch sehr sauber und ist gut ausgestattet. Ebenso das große Fenster lässt viel Licht rein und es war warm.
Kommen wir zu den Punkten, die ein noch besseres Erlebnis verhinderten:
- Das Apartment ist altbacken und teilweise renovierungsbedürftig
- Die Dusche hat leider nur einen Vorhang und der Duschkopf war an der Aufhängung aus der Halterung gerissen, der Duschkopf bleibt nur schwer an Ort und Stelle
- Ziemlich hellhörig, auch die ganze Nacht hört man die Hauptverkehrsstraße
- Die Matratze war relativ durchgelegen und ein 1,40m Bett für zwei Personen geht gerade noch, könnte aber größer sein
- Das ganze Treppenhaus hat nach Rauch/üblem Duft gestunken
