It was a very comfortable space with good amenities in a very good location.
The info booklet said there was a heated airer, but there was none which made doing laundry a bit awkward. Next door partied very loud overnight. The property management cannot control the neighbours, but the thinness of the walls should be noted.

Nice clean holiday flat. Nice view over the park. Well equipped. The agents were very responsive when we had a problem with the loose towel rail, and sent someone out to fix it within an hour or so. Overall very good - centrally located yet quiet and opposite a well-kept park. Shops and supermarkets just a short walk away. Excellent security including secure parking for one vehicle.
No toilet roll holder, shame really when good quality holders with suction pads were readily available from the ironmongers a mere 200 metres away.
Despite the owner writing out clear instructions for the smaller heaters, we could not get them to work. However, the larger heater worked OK.
Ladder towel rail not properly fixed to the wall.
Shower screen wouldn't open wide enough as it clashed with the ladder towel rail.
