The staff made check in and checkout very straightforward. I appreciated the clean room and reliable facilities during a busy work trip.

Getting to different parts of the city was easy from this hotel. That saved me a lot of time when I had several meetings scheduled in one day.

I spent several evenings preparing presentations, and the desk area was useful for organizing everything. The quiet environment also helped me stay focused.

Price was fair, location in Malacca was convenient, and staff service was decent.
The room didn't have an iron or a fridge, and there was no phone in the room either. Bedsheets were not changed every two days instead of daily, and the pillow set could have been better.
