The location is perfect—very close to the metro, with popular tourist areas, restaurants, cafés, and parks just 1–3 metro stops away. The neighborhood feels safe and secure, even when arriving late at night. There’s also a supermarket and coffee shop on the ground floor. The building has an elevator, making it convenient for families and seniors. If using Yandex Go, specify “Ak15” in the in the destination to get dropped off near the building entrance. The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and has all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The dining room view is beautiful, and I can imagine it being especially lovely to enjoy a morning coffee while looking at the snow-capped mountains. Excellent value for money—definitely a 10/10.

The only minor downside is that there’s no AC in the living/dining area, so it may get warm during summer. Otherwise, everything was great!

BEYOND EXPECTATION!!

NOTHING AT ALL
