Even though I paid full amount, the room that was given to me was not up to the mark. Hotel reception said, since you booked via booking.com, you can't get same room as you may get when you booked directly. This seems unfair as they can give better room only when you booked it directly with them. Please look into the matter. I was given a room without towel on day of check-in. I got it next day (when I was checking out). Also, the bathroom has broken tap.
Room facilities was average, bathroom having broken tap, no towel until next day laundry gave the new towel.
