The apartment itself was very nice and overall we enjoyed our stay. It is spacious, clean, modern and well presented, with plenty of room and a comfortable living area. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is modern, and the air conditioning was definitely appreciated. The location was also very convenient for our stay in Rome. Overall, the accommodation itself made a very good impression and we felt comfortable there.

Unfortunately, the communication regarding check-out left us disappointed at the end of an otherwise pleasant stay. When I booked through Booking.com, the check-out time shown was 11:00 AM. However, the day before departure we received a message stating that check-out was at 10:00 AM. When I questioned this and explained that our booking showed 11:00, I was told that the information provided by Booking.com was only “indicative” and that we still had to leave at 10:00. I found this disappointing because we made the reservation based on the information shown at the time of booking. If the actual check-out time was different, I believe this should have been made clear before our arrival, rather than the evening before departure. Nevertheless, we respected their instruction and checked out by 10:00 AM. What made the situation even stranger was that at approximately 11:05 AM, we then received another message asking whether we had already checked out and left the property. The apartment itself was good, which is why it is unfortunate that the stay ended this way. Clearer and more consistent communication from the management would have made the overall experience much better.

Bien situado. Muchos buses a proximidad que te llevan a cualquier sitio de Roma. El piso por dentro es muy moderno y nuevo. Las fotos no engañan. Edificio de muy alto standing

No me gusta que una de las habitaciones comparta espacio con otra estancia donde hay un sofá. Si vas en familia , no pasa nada. Con amigos la cosa cambia . Por otra parte la mesa del comedor se queda muy corta si van 8 personas

Tutto, i letti comodi, la posizione, la gentilezza dei proprietari e la pulizia. Casa molto curata.

Nulla tutto perfetto. Se posso dare un consiglio sarebbe comodo fornire anche una spugnetta per i piatti della cucina ma non é stato un problema (ci sono tanti negozi sotto casa)

Beautiful floors, layout was decent, good neighborhood

They didn’t tell us we needed to bring our own toilet paper until we were out and asked where it was and they said they just provide welcome kit. Also the bed in the 2nd bedroom kept falling apart when you would go to sit or lay down on it. We ended up putting it together 5 times
