Beds were very comfortable and the place was perfect for our group
Could have used a few more towels but it wasn’t a big deal

The best bang for the buck we ever had in college station. Decent apartment, well situated.
If you are tall, keep in mind that the beds have high ends and your feet can’t stick out.

Location is great, it’s a quick uber to the stadium and we walked back although it was a long walk. HEB is close for groceries!
It was a pretty high price but everything is overpriced so they were pretty fair to the market.
