Room had everything and more that you could possibly need for a short stay

Good room, fully equipped, good shower

Very well equipped comfortable room with everything we needed

Nothing

I would like to thank Martin and Ana for providing such lovely accommodation. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and they provided everything you might need during your stay. The only two things I found missing were blinds at the window, to provide privacy in the evening and at night when the lights are on indoors (I hung the two large towels on the curtain rail instead), and a pen or biro to write in the guest book (which I didn’t have with me either). Despite these two minor points, I am very happy to give them high marks. They were also so kind as to have the room ready for an earlier check-in, and their communication was clear, thoughtful and kind. The neighbourhood is also very nice, and I felt safe throughout my stay. I would certainly recommend the Lilac Room, especially for solo travellers or for a short holiday to visit the Cotswolds.
