Amazing apartment in the heart of one of the best neighborhoods in capetown!! I travelled to capetown with my two kids and this three bedroom apartment meant each one of us had their own space but also a lovely kitchen and tv area to share. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in capetown and went paragliding, ziplining, did a safari, and checked out the beautiful farms but every night came back to the honeycomb and felt so at home! The hosts, Steve and Bianca made so many thoughtful gestures (like a welcoming birthday note with wine and amazing nougat treats). The little details like bed warmers, little bee or honey comb shaped utensils and lovely smog kitchen equipment made us feel that we were in a place that was thoughtfully designed and really fun. It was the perfect backdrop for so many wonderful mornings with home cooked breakfasts and so many gorgeous sunsets with a beautiful view of a table mountain. A real treat for anyone celebrating their birthday or any other special occasion. Thando who took care of the apartment and in charge of the cleaning was also thorough and friendly and checked in everyday to see if we needed anything. Once we ran out of gas for the heater and Steven literally showed up at our doorstep within ten minutes to replace it. We were so touched by service we received and also felt really well take care of. Perfect location for anyone wanting to see capetown and use it as a base to explore the larger area.
