The chalet was cute and spacious for our family of 4 with 2 young adult kids. Owner provided detailed instructions for check in.
Despite numerous attempts to contact the owner to get the WiFi password, the owner did not respond until the next day in the afternoon. No apology for delayed response. Created some problems for us since we did not have WiFi access the first evening.
No explanation about things around the chalet like why was there an electric double burner on top of the stove? Also asked for check out instructions but none given.
Furthermore, about a week before our stay, owner asked for pre-check in form that required “documents.” Asked what she wanted and she never responded.
