this was our second stay after visiting Cambodia, and we went back to the same room which we had requested and we were grateful for that, it has a washing machine, which was wonderful, meaning we could pack light and wash as we go. It's nicely placed, with a short walk to Ben Thanh and lots of eateries close by.
I did mention earlier re the construction noise; however, considering this is in the middle of the craziness of District One its location on a quiet laneway is a big bonus. Also, I read some reviews saying Grab won't do door to door, well they can, we didn't experience any issues there.

The breakfast supplied was good, just wish it could be more substantial
There was a lot of construction noise in the lane through the night into the early morning. Not from high-rises, so I'm sure it won't impact other guests in the near-ish future once it's completed.
