Very convenient to train station and ferry. Very clean and well maintained unit. Varenna definitely is the best town to visit and stay in. When the hordes of tourists leave then Varenna is at its best. This unit does not have a view of the lake but its location makes up for it. The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions.
No washer/dryer. Br prepared for stairs up to unit.

The property is very well situated, 5 minutes (or less) from both the train station, and the ferry port station, and just across from a convenience store. It is well equipped and the management is very responsive to any inquiries or requests.
Staying in Varenna has both pros and cons. It’s a beautiful town with lots of excellent restaurants, including out favorite, La Veranda Del Pescatori, and it has a Beautiful walk along the lake’s edge. But, you have to take ferries across the lake to visit Villa Carlotta, and Villa Balbianello, which takes a lot of time and planning.

The location was excellent so close to ferry. Quality of property was also excellent. The water pressure amazing.
Anto was a great host and entry instructions were easy.
