Bastante bien. La habitación estaba bien cuidada aunque se notaban algunos detalles mejorables. Recepción siempre abierta y ubicación cerca del metro.

Good location, but poor value and serious issues with the stay I paid £125 for Friday to Sunday and unfortunately I don’t feel the hotel was good value for money. I was originally given Room 13, but the TV wasn’t working, so I was moved to Room 15. In Room 15, the TV remote was also faulty because the up arrow button didn’t work. There were also quite a few maintenance issues in the room. The window did not open at all, so there was no way to get any fresh air in. The air conditioning was working, which was helpful. There was also a broken hanger/coat hook fitting and the toilet seat was broken/damaged. The room had a kettle but no tea, coffee or cups, which I found strange. On the positive side, there were plenty of plug sockets, which was useful. The bed was comfortable, so I will give them credit for that. The location is also very convenient. The hotel is right on the main strip and close to shops, restaurants and the station, so everything is nearby. There is some noise from the street, but to be fair, that is to be expected when you stay somewhere right on a busy road. The lift was not working, which could be a big problem for wheelchair users, people with mobility issues, bad backs, or anyone carrying a lot of luggage. The biggest issue happened at around 4am. I was woken up by very loud shouting coming from the room next door. I could clearly hear a man shouting and swearing at a woman. While I was in the bathroom, I could also hear what sounded like things being thrown around next door. I called reception several times and nobody answered. When someone finally picked up, I explained what was happening and was told that they were friends and he would tell them to stop shouting. I found that response very concerning because it sounded much more serious than just people being noisy. I was genuinely worried about the woman’s safety, so I ended up calling the police myself.

Great location, close to shops, restaurants and the station. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well and there were plenty of plug sockets.
