The view from the apartment is nice. Kitchen is good. Location is good if you like seaside oyster restaurants. Check in and out was relatively smooth.
- It's on a 3rd floor with a narrow staircase.
- there is no convenient parking or parking space nearby so you have to park your car for free on a parking lot 15 min away. You can temporarily semi-legally park to drop of your bags (10 minutes max) if you are lucky and other cars are not blocking the way in front.
- the owners request you to throw trash 150-200m away into the communal trash bin without clear instructions.
- you have to clean the apartment without clear instructions or proper heads up.
- the rooms are not separated by doors. There are curtains separating rooms and shower.
- after check out, the owners claimed that we have left apartment not tidy, which I believe not to be true. We only left some recyclables because we could not find a proper trash bag to dispose it well. This led to the argument, in which the owners tried to "educate" me in rather unpleasant ways, threatening requests of compensations, etc.
It left a bitter feeling of rather harsh hospitality customs. Such aftermath never happened to me although I've been using the booking platform regularly for many years.
In summary, although the sea view is nice, I don't recommend staying in this apartment to anyone who values customers comfort, convince and general hospitality.
L’appartement est situé au 3ᵉ étage avec un escalier étroit.
Il n’y a pas de parking pratique à proximité, vous devez donc garer votre voiture gratuitement sur un parking à environ 15 minutes à pied. Il est parfois possible de se garer temporairement (de manière semi-légale) pour déposer ses bagages pendant environ 10 minutes, si vous avez de la chance et que le passage n’est pas bloqué.
Les propriétaires demandent de jeter les déchets dans un conteneur collectif situé à 150–200 mètres, sans instructions claires.
Il est également demandé de nettoyer l’appartement avant de partir, là encore sans explications précises ni indication préalable suffisante.
