The Apex was a wonderful place to stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious with great facilities. The location too was a real plus for us being close to family in Rotorua. We thought it great value for money and would definitely stay again

The unit was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Nice hot shower, reasonably comfy bed and a nice spa bath.
The parking is a bit tight but our vehicle is quite large. Our neighbors were quite noisy and the noise carried until quite late. Not the fault of our hosts though.

Facility is not good. The power point is not working in the bathroom. Hand washing basin and shower drainage are not working well.
