The property is in a good area and close to shops. It is very spacious and comfortable. The lights in the room was a huge and awesome surprise which connects to Bluetooth.

It wasn't cleaned properly. We had to ask for toilet paper. There are no mats in the one bathroom for when you step out of the shower. We had to fix the gate ourselves after another guest operated the gate from the inside, closing it against our car while we were driving out. The cutlery and crockery was not sufficiently stocked and I had to ask for it. This is such a beautiful place but very poorly maintained. The pool could not be used as it is not maintained. Staff used that dirty pool water to clean carpets. For our 5 night stay our place was never cleaned and towels never changed. Luckily we had our own towels, which I had to wash during our stay.

What you see is definitely what you get, even better!! The house was clean, very spacious and safe. It has a beautiful interior and a balcony which i absolutely loved. Oh and we loved the pool, it was clean. Gloria the host was very accommodative, and attended to our requests .

Since winter is approaching it’s quite cold and the blankets are a bit light. Extra blankets in each room for the winter season would be nice and more cutlery!

I liked everything about their place

The place was exactly like the pictures on the website the furniture was even upgraded , love the place clean and modern near Canal Walk and all the major shops very quite area had peaceful sleep house came with alarm and security remote gate we felt safe at all times , owners was very welcoming and friendly I felt like being at home , I will most definitely book this place again on my next trip to Cape Town
