Terrible experience our booking was cancelled without notice and the staff were rude, unprofessional

Honestly, there was nothing to like about our experience. We never had the opportunity to stay at the hotel because our confirmed booking was cancelled without any prior notice. We only discovered this after arriving in Zurich, which left us stranded and forced us to find alternative accommodation at the last minute. When we contacted the hotel for an explanation, the staff member who answered the phone was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to help. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the situation, he spoke disrespectfully and showed no concern for the inconvenience and stress caused. The complete lack of communication, poor customer service, and disrespectful attitude made this one of the worst travel experiences we have ever had. Unfortunately, we cannot say there was anything positive about this hotel.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Avoid This Place We had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel. They cancelled our booking without giving us any notification or update. We only found out after we arrived in Zurich, which caused us a lot of stress and inconvenience. When we called the hotel to ask what had happened, the staff member who answered was very rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. He had no manners when speaking to customers and behaved in a completely unacceptable way. Instead of helping us, he was dismissive and misbehaved throughout the conversation. This is one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. The hotel has no respect for its guests and provides terrible customer service. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away if you want to avoid unnecessary stress and poor treatment.

Will never book there again.

Only positive thing I Can say is that the location is good.

Only your bedroom (bare minimum) is private. EVERYTHING ELSE is SHARED with other guests and what seems like family. Reception was rude, made us feel like imposters and questioned our booking.

A cama era grande e confortável

Quarto demasiado quente, aquecimento no máximo sem necessidade. Quarto perto da casa de banho e cozinha, ouvia barulho das portas abrir e fechar. Cheirava muito a comida.
