The private suite was amazing and the balcony view was mesmerising, will definitely visit again. Also, the host was very kind and made the stay better for us.
The access card to get in the parking lot and the business access was abit of a hassle because the reception was taking few days to sort them out, but once it was sorted the process of going in and out the building was nice.

Bathroom/shower completely moldy. Definitely not very healthy. The bathroom fixtures are junk, everything is falling apart.
It's too noisy at night; it feels like being at a racetrack.
Another important point: the requirement to send personal documents (passports) to some WhatsApp number or questionnaire in advance. This is completely against UAE data protection laws.
The 10/10 ratings are certainly not truthful.
